It has been reported that a "Floating Offshore Wind Turbine Platform Production Facility" will be established in the region where the Northern Aegean Çandarlı Port Project is located, at a cost of 21 billion TL, and according to Tekreferans' news, the investment will be made by Tersan Shipyard.

Tersan, which has investments in shipbuilding, ship maintenance, maritime, iron and steel, technology and energy, is chaired by the renowned businessman Osman Nurettin Paksu.
